POSSIBLE INTERFERENCE BETWEEN THE FLOOR PAN AND THE TRANSMISSION KICKDOWN ROD.THIS CONDITION COULD RESULT IN FAILURE OF THE THROTTLE TO RETURN TO IDLE.(INSPECT AND REWORK TRANSMISSION LEVER.)
