POSSIBILITY THAT GOODYEAR TIRES SIZE F78 X 14 MAY NOT MEET SPECIFICA- TION ANDMAY BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO SEPARATION IN LOWER SIDE WALL UNDER SEVERE HIGHWAY USE.(CORRECT BY REPLACING SUSPECT TIRES (SERIAL NO.ACNCKIDF) WITH NEW ONES.)
