TRACTOR.POSSIBILITY THAT CUTLER METAL PRODUCTS AIR STARTER T ANK (ALUMINUM)MAY NOT MEET SPECIFICATIONS OF 350 PSI, PRESSUR E TEST.IF CONDITION EXISTS,COULD RESULT IN SEPARATION AT HE ADER WELDS AT BOTH ENDS, RESULTING IN TANKEXPLOSION.(CORREC T BY INSPECTING AND REPLACING TANKS WHERE NECESSARY.)
