WHITE CAMPAIGN NO 7409.TRACTOR.POSSIBILITY THAT THE FRONT SPRING SHACKLEBOLTS FURNISHED BY ARTCRAFT MACHINE AND TOOL CORPORATION WERE NOTMETALURGICALLY EQUIVALENT TO BLUEPRINT SPECIFICATION.FAILURE OF THESE BOLTSWOULD RESULT IN IMPAIRED VEHICLE HANDLING.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING ANDREPLACING SHACKLE BOLTS WHERE NECESSARY).
