TWO PIECE ALUMINUM WHEELS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN WELDED AT POINT WHERE WHEEL IS PRESS FITTED ONTO THE RIM.

WHEEL COULD SEPARATE FROM RIM CREATING THE POTENTIAL FORAN ACCIDENT.
