THE SOUND INSULATION ON THE ENGINE SIDE OF THE DASH PANEL CAN CONTACT THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD.
Risk
CONTACT BETWEEN THE INSULATION AND THE HOT EXHAUSTMANIFOLD MAY RESULT IN A ENGINE COMPARTMENT FIRE.
What the manufacturer will do
DEALERS WILL MODIFY THE SOUND INSULATOR AT NO COST TO OWNERS.
