Consequence
SUCH INTERFERENCE MAY DISLODGE CAP AND ALLOW HYDROGENGAS TO ESCAPE AND CAUSE A FIRE HAZARD.
Remedy
REPLACE THREE CELL CAP WITH INDIVIDUAL BATTERY CELL CAPS.

Remedy
ALL INVOLVED VEHICLES WILL HAVE THE PARK SPRAG ROD ASSEMBLIES REPLACED.
