Defect

REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Fleetwood Discovery and Holiday Rambler Endeavor motorhomes, equipped with Remco 50-54 Rebel 4.0 GPM water pumps. The water pump harness was designed with inadequate fuse protection.

Consequence

Inadequate fuse protection may cause harness damage, increasing the risk of a fire.

Remedy

Dealers will inspect and relocate the water pump circuit to a properly sized fuse as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 15, 2024. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 240416REV.

Consequence

A hydraulic fluid leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy

Dealers will inspect the hydraulic hoses for chafing or heat damage, and install hose protection, or replace them as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 28, 2022. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417.
