“Contact states having trouble with abs brakes. He believes the brakes are front wheel anti-lock. When he tries to brake while traveling at a slow speed, 5 mph, the pedal pulsed and kept vehicle from stopping. This happened 60%-70% of the time. While trying to brake can hear the abs brakes go off.…”
