What owners report

Verbatim reports filed with NHTSA, lightly edited for readability and with personal information removed.

“The awning material is coming loose from the frame at the sidewall. This is an active recall for other heartland trailers but appears that the scope of the issue should be expanded as I have been told this issue is not under recall for my specific unit. Your assistance with this matter is requested.”
