“Vehicle experienced tire blow out with b.f. Goodrich g-force-kdws 225/55/r16.*mr (nar) 3 of the 4 tire have failed on the vehicle. The first tire blewout at 70 mph with 12442 miles on it. The second tire blewout at 17545 miles. The third tire had a piece of rubber missing at 18223 miles. *nm”
