IGNITION SWITCHES INSTALLED IN THE INVOLVED VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN DISTORTED DURING A CRIMPING OPERATION WHICH RESULTED IN THE INTERNAL PLASTIC CONTACT CARRIER OF THE SWITCH CRACKING. Remedy

ALL SUSPECT IGNITION SWITCHES WILL BE REPLACED WITHOUT CHARGE TO OWNER.
