Defect

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2017 Starcraft Senator II, 2016-2018 Starcraft Allstar, 2017-2018 Starcraft Starlite, and 2019 Starcraft Starquest transit buses, equipped with Freedman GO-ES Foldaway Seats, part numbers 43705, 45467, 48923, and 75719. Consequence

In the event of a crash, if the seat back moves, the seat occupant has an increased risk of injury.

Remedy

Forest River will notify owners, and Freedman Seating will repair the foldaway seat, free of charge. The recall began December 4, 2018. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-642-3112 or Freedman customer service at 1-800-443-4540. Forest River's number for this recall is 05-0903.
