Defect

A VEHICLE THAT IS FULLY EQUIPPED AND LOADED WITH A TYPICAL PAYLOAD WILL CAUSE AN OVERLOADED CONDITION ON THE FRONT AXLE.

Consequence

OVERLOADING THE AXLE CAUSES THE FRONT AXLE COMPONENTSTO FAIL PREMATURELY WHICH MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND PERSONALINJURY AND/OR VEHICLE DAMAGE.

Remedy

REPLACE THE FRONT AXLE AND SPRING ASSEMBLY WITH A HIGHER RATED AXLE ASSEMBLY.
