BUSES WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH STANDARDS; IN AN EMERGENCY,EXIT FROM THE PUSH-OUT WINDOW COULD BE HAMPERED.

INSTALL NEW INTERIOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY TO MEET SPECIFICATIONS.
