2024 Autocar Xpeditor Recalls

Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2023-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. Contact with the drive line yoke may damage the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) unit.

A damaged ESC unit may malfunction, disabling the electronic stability control and increasing the risk of a crash.

Autocar will relocate the ESC unit, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were be mailed March 27, 2026. Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2024-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) and DC (Legend) vehicles. The tie rod clamp may have been improperly secured.

The tie rod clamp can separate from the vehicle, resulting in a loss of steering control and increasing the risk of a crash.

Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2023-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) and DC (Legend) vehicles. The steering wheel nut may be improperly secured, allowing the steering wheel to separate from the steering column.

A steering wheel separation may result in a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2024-2025 ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. A software error may cause the forward collision sensing radar to fail.

An inoperative radar increases the risk of a crash.

An unsecured pin can separate from the vehicle and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
