PLASTIC PLUG LOCATED ON TOP OF THE FRONT AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT REMOVED DURING ASSEMBLY. THIS DEFECT DISRUPTS NORMAL OPERATION OF EVAPORATOR BLOWER HOUSING.
REAR A/C SYSTEM BLOWER WILL BE INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE SUCH AS MELTING OR BURNING. IF NO DAMAGE IS DETECTED, THE RESISTOR WILL BE REPLACED AND ANY REMAINING PIECES WILL BE REMOVED. IF DAMAGE IS DETECTED, THE RESISTOR AND THE A/C EVAPORATOR INLET CASE WILL BE REPLACED.
