THE LOWER CONTROL ARM CAN CRACK AT THE FLANGE ON THE END OF THE CONTROL ARM NEAR THE BALL JOINT PAD.
Consequence
THE BALL JOINT CAN SEPARATE FROM THE CONTROL ARM RESULTING IN LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL.
Remedy
DEALERS WILL INSTALL A REINFORCEMENT BRACE ON EACH OF THE FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARMS.
