CONSEQUENTLY, BELT COULD NOT BE RELEASED, DUE TOLOCKING CHARACTERISTICS OF AUTOMATIC LOCKING RETRACTOR SYSTEM.

Remedy

INSTALL BELT GUIDE, OR SHEATH, TO DECREASE RETRACTING RESISTANCE AND ALLOW FREE BELT MOVEMENT.
